This is a very simple chicken soup and just want to share how simple the recipe is and you can just prepare for your family. just 3 simple ingredient and some salt for seasoning and that’s it. a very nutritious soup
Ingredient
1. black chicken clean
2. 2- 3 ginseng ( i bought a box for 12 bucks from Fock Hwa and they are quite small)
3. 1 handful of wolf berries
4. salt for seasoning ( i don’t use soya sauce for this case cos it will taste weird)
Steps
1. just dump everything in and add water then boil / double boil for 2 – 3 hours
2. add in salt for taste
~ Serve 3 – 4 pax
